(一)基本資料

The uniI chose was ICHM in Adelaide, where the curriculum was mainly about hostel management and bartending, as well as chef courses,At the end of the course, the school will arrange for you to go to a designated place for an internship, which is a good opportunity for you to learn about the hotel or service industry, and also to prepare for the formal internship in advance.(68字)

(二)課程學習

My favorite course is definitely chef class because I have a strong interest in food and cooking, and I want to learn more about cooking skills. In the chef class, I learned a lot about the basics of ingredients selection, cooking methods, and how to organize the cooking process, as well as practical skills such as teamwork, time management, and so on, which are often covered in chef courses. Through this class, I was able to be more confident in being creative in the kitchen, making delicious dishes, and enjoying the joy and sense of accomplishment that comes from cooking. Although this class requires an additional cost, I found that it was very worthwhile, and after learning it, I realized that the kitchen is not as easy as it seems, and to make a perfect food for customers, everyone in the kitchen needs to work together to understand the beauty of cooking food while learning.(155字)

(三)生活環境

Scape Waymouth is about a 5-10 minute walk from our campus, and about 15 minutes away from Chinatown, if you want to eat when you're hungry, you can recommend going to Chinatown with friends, and if you want to save money, you can buy your own ingredients and cook in your dorm room. Adelaide has hot, dry summers, cool and wet winters, and relatively little rainfall, mainly concentrated in winter. In Adelaide, you need to pay attention to moisturizing because of the dry climate in summer, it is recommended to use moisturizer and drink enough water, and in summer, you should take sun protection measures, wear a hat or sunglasses. In winter, you need to keep warm, dress appropriately, especially at night, when temperatures can drop . Adelaide's beaches and natural attractions are plentiful, and you can enjoy the outdoors when you are not in class. In terms of transport, Adelaide's public transport system is relatively simple but the city itself is relatively small consider walking or cycling , a road trip is a great way to explore the surrounding area, but remember to follow local traffic laws. Living or studying abroad can be challenging, but here are a few things that I find more important: 1. Connect with classmates and friends, share experiences, and ask for help and support. 2. Adapt to a new culture and lifestyle, including eating habits, social habits, etc. Keep an open mind and be willing to learn and adapt to new things. 3. If you are in a non-native country, learning the local language can help you better integrate into the local society and solve communication barriers. 4. Stay calm and find solutions to problems when faced with difficulties. As for the experience of culture shock, this is a common challenge, but also a rich learning opportunity, and by understanding respecting the local culture, gradually integrating into the local society, and learning from each other through communication, can help reduce cultural conflicts and misunderstandings. (五)大三出國建議

For those of you who are about to go abroad, I would like to share some tips to help you smoothly adapt to your new environment and lifestyle: 1. Prepare as much as possible before going abroad, including applying for a visa with an agency , buying air tickets, finding accommodation, etc. Learn about the culture, climate, language and other information of the destination in advance, which will help you adapt to the new environment smoothly. 2. If the destination speaks a language that you are not familiar with, it is advisable to start learning it in advance, which will help you better integrate into the local society and life. 3. Going abroad means facing a new culture and environment, being open-minded, and being willing to accept and adapt to new things, which will help enrich your life experience. 4. Establishing a social circle in a new environment is very important for adjusting to a new life. Establish good relationships with classmates and colleagues, share experiences, and ask for help. 5. Staying in touch with family and friends and sharing your life and experiences will make it easier for you to be alone abroad. 6. Finally, don't forget that safety comes first. Pay attention to personal safety in the new environment, carry valuables with you be familiar with local laws and regulations, abide by local traffic rules and social habits, and protect your safety and interests. (六)其他

If you want to travel by car in Australia, avoid driving on the road at night, because kangaroos will jump out in places you don't expect, and you must obey the local laws when driving in Australia, because the fine ticket is very expensive... e.g.: The seat belt is not fastened properly is about 20,000 NTD dollars (personal experience:) , and due to Australia is a right-hand drive country you must to get used to it a little because the direction signal and the wiper are in the opposite direction, the rest basically as long as you obey the law, you can travel happily and go home safely!)(107字)
